Join our growing team today: PURPOSE: The Manager - Corporate Human Resources provides HR leadership for Berry Global corporate employees who are located in Evansville, IN and around the globe. This includes administering all Human Resources related programs and functions for the Evansville Global Tooling Shop and the Automation Center. This individual works closely with the VP of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion/ Corporate Human Resources to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to optimize organizational effectiveness and business results. Responsibilities Deliver key HR processes including: workforce planning, talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, talent management, succession planning, communications, employee relations, compensation, rewards & recognition, diversity, equity & inclusion, training and employee development. Build and maintain effective working relationships with managers, individual contributors and other key stakeholders to provide advice and counsel on employee-related and organizational matters. Responsible for aspects of talent management and succession planning at the functional level. Partner with senior leadership, support in strategy and goal development & execution Implement HR strategies and action plans to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives and core values. Utilize metrics to analyze information and evaluate results to problem solve and develop improvement initiatives Manage and coordinate Corporate sponsored training programs. Make recommendations and assist in coaching and the development of staff. Partner with the Berry Global HR Function to ensure appropriate and consistent communication of initiatives, recognition, benefits offerings, and training. Participate in incident investigations to ensure appropriate management and resulting corrective actions as it relates to employees. Serve as business partner/facilitator, team builder, problem solver and creative pro-active change agent. Drive a values-based, highly engaging culture by planning and executing organization development initiatives. Participate as a member of the Global HR leadership team to develop and create improvement initiatives. Assure compliance with corporate/government regulations and requirements.
