Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HRIS Analyst to join our team. The Senior HRIS Analyst will play a key role in managing our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to support our HR functions efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR systems administration, data analysis, and process improvement within a financial services or similar industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the HRIS platform, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user support related to HR systems.
  • Lead system enhancements, upgrades, and implementations, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed.
  • Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, including system procedures, user guides, and training materials.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform strategic decision-making and process improvements.
  • Partner with HR and IT teams to streamline processes, automate workflows, and optimize system functionality.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to HRIS and data management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in HRIS administration, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful system implementations and upgrades.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and regulations, including but not limited to payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certification in HRIS systems (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, HRIP) is a plus.

This role pays $100,000 - $130,000 Base.
