Job Description:

We're seeking a highly motivated HR Analytics & Data Manager to join our HR team. In this role, you'll leverage data to align our people strategy with our business objectives, ensure data accuracy, and support various HR processes. You'll also work cross-functionally with the finance team to analyze all financial metrics related to HR.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of effectively using data to drive business decisions. You'll manage HR data, develop, and maintain HR reports, and provide insights to the senior leadership team.

To succeed in this role, you will need prior experience in HR cost control management and be proficient in analyzing and interpreting financial data.

Job Responsibilities:

HR Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Develop and implement HR data analysis and reporting strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Develop HR data analysis and reporting strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Collect and analyze HR data from various sources, including HRIS, payroll, and performance management systems.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and analytics tools to streamline HR processes and provide actionable insights to HR and senior leadership.
  • Partner with HR, payroll, and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and present HR reports and analysis to inform decision-making
  • Prepare monthly turnover report for corporate and retail populations
  • Present monthly HR KPIs
  • Provide quarterly analysis on incentive plan performance, retail staff productivity, and identify trends

HR Cost Control and Planning:

  • Manage HR budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Provide analysis on variances between actuals vs budgets
  • Prepare monthly and year-end commentary on forecasted vs actual personnel costs
  • Forecast trimester and annual HR General Expenses

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of progressive HR management experience, with a focus on HR data analytics and reporting.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR data analysis and reporting strategies that have improved business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, patterns, and insights, and make data-driven recommendations to improve HR policies, practices, and programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner that is easily understandable to non-technical audiences.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools to manipulate and analyze large data sets and produce insightful reports and visualizations.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines.
