**Responsibilities**

Reporting directly to the HR Manager, the HR Coordinator's primary duties include, but are not limited to:

+ Assist with administrative duties within the Human Resources Department.

+ Process employment applications and maintain tracking log; assist in scheduling interviews and pre-employment testing

+ Update Applicant Tracking System with new hires; off-board terminated employees

+ Conduct new hire orientations

+ Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll

+ Run weekly attendance reports and administer write ups

+ Assist and motivate with completion of MyDevelopment courses

+ Employee recognition team leader handle ordering of prizes and awards

+ Administer HRIS system changes

+ Assist with employee issues and walk in questions

+ Assist on various HR special projects; participate on a team

+ Maintain employee files

+ Participate in Plant meetings

+ Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**

+ Exceptional interpersonal communication, organization, and time management skills

+ Bachelors degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience is preferred

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Previous experience using HRIS software is preferred

+ Must be detail-oriented and able to complete multiple tasks simultaneously

+ Working knowledge of labor laws and requirements preferred

+ Ability to work with confidential information
