  • Onboard new employees, conduct preliminary orientation, background checks, ensure compliance and that all required documentation is provided.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system i.e., certification status for both NY and CT locations.
  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams and contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned, for example employee file audits.
  • Ensure the network's HR practices and actions are consistent with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Prepare customized reports.
  • Handle HR-related inquiries and requests from employees, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with a concentration in HR Management other relevant fields preferred
  • At least two (2) years of professional experience required.
  • Experience supporting human resources, superb attention to detail, time management,
  • and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills are preferred.
  • Note: Candidates who do not meet the above requirements will not be considered.

  • Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications. Salary range ($50,000-$55,000)
