Job Description:
Position Summary:The HRIS Analyst will assist system and operations efforts related to Compliance and Business Ethics training across Interpublic Group's global network, partnering with approximately 500 Learning Management System (LMS) administrators.The individual will also assist with system administration for other company HR systems as needed - including the applicant tracking system (ATS). This position will report to the HRIS Manager and will work directly with internal customers.Job Responsibilities:* Ensure data integrity, quality and cleanliness across all data and processes* Conduct data audits and load files into learning management system* Monitor shared inboxes, responding to inquiries and escalating issues as needed* Create reports and spreadsheets* Provide input to improve processes and customer service to enhance current systems and databases* Ensure system training materials are maintained for learning and distribution* Coordinate project and meeting invites, participant lists, and distribution of meeting minutes* Maintain contact information and key details with vendors* Participate in reviewing, testing and implementing HR systems* Assist in invoicing and budgeting process for departmentJob Requirements* 4 to 5 years of relevant experience* Bachelor's degree* Experience with learning management system (LMS) and applicant tracking system (ATS) preferred* Must have strong customer service orientation and analytical and problem-solving skills* The ideal candidate will be self-motivated to take initiative with the ability to work independently or with a team* Project management and HRIS skills are a plus* Strong Microsoft Office skills (MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)* Experience with Docebo and Peoplesoft preferredTo Apply: Email resume and cover letter to ...@interpublic.com.
