HR / Finance Assistant

Responsibilities
- Audit preparation
- Entering invoices monthly, reviewing payroll, ACA reporting, dealing with vendors
- Assist with HR needs when/if necessary (mostly administrative duties like helping on the recruitment side)
- 80% Finance , 20% HR
Experience Preferred of the HR/ Finance Assistant :
- Flexible and hands on deck mentality
- 1-2 years accounting/ finance experience
- Follows directions and takes accurate notes
- Bilingual- Spanish would be a plus
