Responsabilidades:

Provide consultation to the business and accountable for the attraction, development, retention, and engagement of talent. Design strategies to fulfil business needs and support main projects, processes and priorities.

  • Act as a HR liaison to business/function units. Implement initiatives in partnership with Business and/or function leaders in support of the organizations strategic objectives.
  • Solve complex issues related to the development and implementation of HR processes, ensuring compliance with country laws and regulations.
  • Provides information and orientation regarding Human Resources programs and policies
  • Leverages organization design and change management tools for organizational efficiencies and improvement required.
  • Maintain business/function unit headcount information to be used in HR reporting requirements such as the enrollment process.
  • Creates environment which values diversity. Investigates and participates in resolution of allegations of discrimination, sexual harassment, and unfair treatment
  • Talent management and succession planning strategy implementation, act as a counselor in terms of Talent and decision making.
  • Total Rewards general knowledge to leverage decisiones in terms of hiring and internal movements.
  • Communicates and implement compensation policies and procedures for development, mobility and benefits plans.
  • Organizational structures and compensation
  • Hiring, changes and dismissal processes as needed.
Requisitos:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
  • Required five or more years experience in one or more Human Resources functions
  • Experience in the interview, selection, acquisition and retention of talent
  • Solid understanding of country specific laws
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a highly matrixed environment
  • Ideal: regional experience, leadership of internal customers by distance

  • Counsel teammates in career planning and development to promote a motivate, train, a competent work force (Talent Consultant)
  • Review staffing requirements and guides management in identifying high potential candidates (TA & Talent Consultant)
  • Participates in any organizational design or efficiency processes (HRD)
  • Facilitate training as needed (L&D)
