A high-end Midtown-based restaurant group comprised of several fine dining establishments is seeking experienced hosts/hostesses for full-time employment during lunch, and dinner shifts.

The ideal candidate is neat and professional in appearance, strives in a fast-paced environment, is a team player with great customer service skills, has prior experience in an upscale dining environment, and has an interest in the hospitality industry. OpenTable and Resy knowledge is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting guests & identifying VIPs
• Effectively communicating guest needs with the FOH/BOH teams and management and assisting with seating
• Answering the phone
• Making reservations and taking delivery and takeout orders, and room service orders
• Interacting with guests and answering all questions in a professional and courteous manner
• Able to stand for long periods
• Must be open to working on weekends and holidays
