Responsibilities
- Deliver daily assistance and healthcare services to patients in their residences.
- Execute domestic and household tasks including laundry, cleaning, and dishwashing.
- Accompany patients to medical appointments, hospitals, and run errands as needed.
- Support with the administration of prescribed medications when required.
- Aid in clients' personal care routines while adhering to individual care plans.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, temperature, and respiration, promptly reporting any changes in condition.
- Assist patients with mobility and engage them in prescribed physical therapies and exercises.
- Provide companionship and offer essential emotional support to patients.
