Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Burlington, VT for a Home Health Aide. As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for providing assistance and care to patients in their homes. Your day-to-day tasks will include helping patients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, monitoring their health conditions, administering medications, and providing emotional support. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being and comfort of the patients. Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision

- Experience in home healthcare is a plus
