Job Description:

As a Healthcare Litigation Associate, you will play a vital role in defending medical professionals and healthcare institutions against malpractice claims. This position involves:

• Legal Representation: Vigorously defending clients in malpractice cases.
• Legal Documentation: Crafting various legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Research & Discovery: Conducting comprehensive legal research and managing discovery processes.
• Court Appearances: Representing clients in court, attending depositions, and participating in arbitrations.
• Client Relationships: Fostering and maintaining robust relationships with clients.
• Collaboration: Working cohesively with a team of dedicated attorneys and staff.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in medical malpractice defense litigation.
• Bar Admitted to practice in New York.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Proven ability to analyze legal issues effectively and communicate regularly with claim professionals.
