Head of Sales

This innovative start-up is dedicated to fueling the shift to electric vehicles (EV). They are a cloud-based platform for EV charging, energy management, and grid interaction, seeking a dynamic Head of Sales who can drive revenue growth and oversee all aspects of the go-to-market strategy.
Position Overview:
The Head of Sales will take charge of revenue operations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions. This role requires a dedicated leader who can align these departments to achieve the organization's growth targets and maximize revenue performance.
Responsibilities:
- Drive global revenue, profitability, through innovative go-to-market strategies and by building an industry leading commercial function.
- Propel sales leadership to develop and implement revenue driving strategies, which create long-term customer and business value.
- Drive marketing leadership to create and execute winning marketing strategies to drive profitable growth.
- Inspire customer success leadership to define and deliver on the customer value proposition, without sacrificing profitability targets.
- Build a winning sales team and organization through recruiting and inspiring team members.
Qualifications:
- 10 years + experience heading up revenue operations in EV Charging space.
- Proven results as a Head of Sales or a similarly relevant role with responsibility of at least $10M in revenue
- Organizational Leadership: Proven experience building, leading, mentoring and developing high performance revenue operations. Experience driving cultural change.
- Successful track record of defining and executing strategic and innovative initiatives which have had a major impact on the company and market performance.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with business leaders, C-level executives, external clients, vendors and peers.
- Experience working in a startup environment strongly preferred.
- Advanced degree, MBA or similar, preferred.
- International travel required.
