As long as the work gets done we don't worry whether you do it from the office or your home. We are looking for a talented Head of Referral Partnerships to join our team. In your role, you will look to establish relations with firms that could serve as referral partners and assist them in nurturing potential leads.Responsibilities:1) Build and execute a referral partnership strategy2) Research and create lists of potential partners. Focus on those with the highest ROI.3) Establish relations with potential partners4) Help partners nurture leads5) Create partner materials (such as pitch decks) and assist partners by co-pitching the solution together6) Present and explain Messapps services to partners and leads7) Assist partners in converting leads to clientsRequirements:1) 3+ Years of business development experience2) 2+ Years of direct sales experience3) 1+ Years of managing partnerships4) Outstanding communication skills, friendly, appealing character5) Be fascinated with sales and be passionate about improving as a salespersonThe compensation for this position will include a salary and a commission on sales from partnerships. There is no cap on commission.
