Who Are You?
- You have a proven track record of going from 0 to 1 in product development.
- You have extensive experience in product management, including leading product teams.
- You possess some technical experience or engineering familiarity, enabling you to effectively coordinate and contribute to product development and team management
- You are a strategic thinker with the ability to creatively drive product vision.
- You are user-centric, with a strong ability to conduct and apply product research to meet user needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the product development lifecycle
- Coordinate with the development team, advisors, and contributors to build and enhance our product.
- Oversee and scale the engineering team, ensuring alignment with product goals and timelines.
- Conduct product research with users to gather insights and inform product decisions.
- Develop and implement product strategies that align with our business objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales and marketing, to ensure product success and market fit.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve.
- Drive a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and user-focused development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading product development from 0 to 1.
- Strong background in product management with a history of successful product launches.
- Technical experience or familiarity with engineering concepts and processes.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
