You'll be instrumental in refining our user experience, working directly with customers to ensure our product not only meets but exceeds industry standards. As a technical leader, you're expected to set an example by actively coding alongside your team, demonstrating the importance of being hands-on. You'll establish and uphold engineering and operational best practices, raising the bar for the entire engineering team to achieve unparalleled results. Your responsibilities will also include shaping the company s technical strategy and vision, ensuring a perfect balance between reliability, speed of iteration, robustness, and security. Externally, you'll act as a representative of the company, engaging with customers, partners, and participating in key events to strengthen our presence in the market. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in nurturing our company culture, offering guidance and mentorship to engineers at all levels, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented environment.Requirements:,
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2 or more years of experience in a manager or tech leadership position
- Experience working with languages and frameworks Solidity, TypeScript
- BS or MS in computer science, engineering, or other technical degrees
- Background in the crypto, DeFi, or Web3 startup scene
- Experience working across the entire technical stack including platform, infrastructure, and protocol systems
- You are familiar with backend and frontend technologies, web development, and design
- The product-driven mindset and enjoy a fast-paced environment with a delivery-minded mentality: iterate fast, ship fast, innovate fast
- Experience with Go, and/or React is highly preferred
- Strong desire to work at a very early stage startup with interest to take on project from zero to one with collaboration with the rest of the core team
- Fluent in writing design documentation as well as participating in technical discussions and reviews synchronously, asynchronously, in person or remotely
- Experience with tools, practices, and programming patterns for ensuring software correctness
