The company

Join a rapidly growing crypto trading firm as they embark on their next phase of their growth journey. They are looking to add to their senior leadership as they continue to grow their portfolio and team. This role would suit someone who has experience in leading small trading teams and has worked with entire trade life-cycles. They are offering a salary of $250,000 + performance based PnL splits.

What you will do

• Manage a small team of experienced quantitative researchers, 3-4 in total.
• Play a key role in shaping the future strategies of an existing portfolio.
• Provide leadership and coach existing team members through the ranks.
• Elevate your career in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment.

What you will need

• A quantitative trading background with experience in the digital assets space.
• Strong knowledge of Python.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A Master's degree or PhD in a STEM subject from a leading university.
• A right to work in the US or existing H1B visa.
• To be willing to work 5 days/week in the New York office.
