**Job Summary // Responsibilities**

* Assist in the development, organization, and management of event/game operations at Highmark Stadium and other Buffalo Bills facilities.

* Manage assigned tasks and responsibilities during Buffalo Bills home games and events including Guest Services and overall Fan Experience initiatives.

* Research and implement opportunities for growth in Team Member incentives, training, and other aspects of game day.

* Maintain Buffalo Bills credential system using ABI Mastermind software.

* Assist with recruitment, selection, training, and supervision of game day staff.

* Collect and organize Lost & Found items after each event using 24/7 software program. Respond to calls & emails from fans to arrange pick-up of items.

* Deliver Guest Services training program to Buffalo Bills team members and team partners.

* Assist with production of instructional/procedural manuals for all Guest Services team members and game day partners.

* Oversee and implement new employee incentive and rewards programs.

* Manage communications through guest services hotline and email.

* Support events team by overseeing Bills team members at non-game day events.

* Provide administrative support for a variety of event/game related activities.

* Assist with off-site events, errands, and deliveries as needed.

* All other duties as assigned.

**Education // Experience & Skills Requirements**

* Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, Sports Administration, or related programs required. Masters degree preferred for Season Long Internship.

* The ideal candidate should have great people skills, be customer service oriented, and have outstanding leadership abilities.

* Qualified candidates must be creative thinkers, self-motivated and have great organization skills.

* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and prioritize duties while maintain a positive attitude.

* Individuals must be able to work without supervision on complex assignments, all while meeting established deadlines.

* Individuals must possess excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.

* The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking in front of larger groups of people.

* Qualified candidates must thrive in a team-first atmosphere and should be able to openly communicate while providing intelligent feedback and opinions constructively.

* Individuals should be effective problem solvers and feel comfortable utilizing available resources to resolve issues.

* Should have a good working knowledge of the following Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and a willingness to learn other applicable computer software.

* Candidate must be able to work up to 40-hours per week; including evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.

* Candidate must have reliable transportation.

* Candidate must be able to list up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.

**Seasonal Term Lengths**

1 intern from May 2022 through February 2023 (Season-Long)

1 intern from June 2022 through August 2022 (Summer)
