Growth Marketing Manager

About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Growth Marketing Manager to join our team, dedicated to our PLM solutions, in a fully remote role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that generated leads.

You have at least three years of experience in B2B marketing ideally with enterprise software.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies tailored specifically to generate leads and improve conversions from process manufacturers in the food & beverage, cosmetics & personal care, and specialty chemicals industries, as well as CPG retailers.
  • Email marketing- outbound and nurturing - Implement effective email campaigns to engage and nurture leads throughout the customer journey.
  • Content creation: Collaborate with copywriters to create compelling and valuable content that resonates with our ICP s interests and challenges. This includes emails, blog posts, webinars, and other resources.
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and paid advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media) to reach our ICP.
  • Marketing automation: Utilize marketing automation tools inside of HubSpot to streamline lead nurturing processes.
  • Monitor performance and track budget: Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using HubSpot dashboards, Google Analytics, and other platform-specific tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Research & review audience targeting to further optimize campaigns. Ideate, implement, and measure A|B tests (email campaigns, paid acquisition campaigns etc.) to gain insight and improve strategies.
  • Live and virtual events: Manage the complete process of an event including the planning stage, running the actual event itself, and the post-event evaluation. Manage operational and administrative functions to ensure event is delivered efficiently and is in line with company's overall marketing strategy and attracts target audience.
  • Partnerships and collaborations: Explore opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with industry influencers, associations, and publications to extend the reach and credibility of the company.
  • CRM management: Maintain and organize HubSpot CRM to effectively track and manage leads.

Skills:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful B2B growth campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, display advertising, and social media.
  • HubSpot certification strongly preferred.
  • Excellent English language skills: native or fluent in understanding, speaking, reading, and writing. Second language is a plus (German or Spanish or French)
  • Ability to travel as needed to be efficient in the role.
  • Flexible hours/ability to collaborate across different time zones.
  • Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with ability to build relationships and trust across the organization.
  • Creative copywriting.

Interview path:

  • A 30-minute video call with our Talent Acquisition Manager
  • 1 hour technical interview with the Marketing Director
  • A case study (preparation at home and debrief)
  • Cultural fit interview- 30-45 min (with VP of Marketing)
  • Final interview with HR team
