Job Description:
Orion Solutions Group is working with a global leader in supply chain solutions in search of a Growth Marketing Leader. You'll spearhead field and ABM activities in the USA crafting personalized marketing experiences at scale. Dive into strategic account-based marketing, collaborating with sales teams to drive revenue growth within the logistics industry. As Global Marketing Leader, you will also create local content for PR, network, and attend industry events, and tradeshows.Job Duties:
  • Lead integrated ABM strategies targeting key accounts with personalized campaigns and marketing decks.
  • Plan and execute engaging field marketing activities tailored to key accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure alignment and seamless customer journeys.
  • Develop and implement ABM strategies aligned with global marketing goals.
  • Plan and execute field marketing activities, including industry events and bespoke engagements.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth through targeted marketing efforts.
  • Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness, refining strategies for optimal results.
  • Create engaging, account-specific content and messaging.
  • Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to track engagement and create measurable insights.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, generate reports and dashboards.
  • Comfortable in a customer facing environment and can attend/be the face of the organization at industry trade shows.
  • Travel approximately 20%.
  • Other requirements as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in ABM and field marketing, preferably in B2B tech or logistics.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle and alignment with marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Working experience utilizing HubSpot
  • Data driven mindset
  • Experience in event planning and management for tradeshow events
Location: Nassau County, NY Hybrid 2-3 days a week in officeSalary Range: $90,000-$120,000 + Benefits
