You understand the importance of living a healthy lifestyle, and you want to help others experience the physical and mental benefits that come with it. You know how to motivate members to push themselves outside of their comfort zones, and know when to offer modifications to ensure a safe and effective workout.

If this sounds like you, then keep reading. THE MAX Challenge is looking for a group fitness instructor to lead our members through 45-minute workouts and provide nutritional support in alignment with our program. We're looking for individuals who make our members feel important and special throughout their time on the mat, and provide an experience so exceptional that they can't wait to come back the next day.

This could be an incredible growth opportunity for the right individual who is positive & energetic and will do what it takes to help elevate our center to the next level.

**As a MAX Fitness Instructor you can expect to perform the following duties:**

* Lead and motivate members through 45-minute workouts (Cardio, Strength, HIIT, Cardio Kickboxing)

* Ensure members are using correct form and offering modifications where needed

* Help members set and achieve goals (and celebrate their success!)

* Exhibit preparedness and dependability

* Demonstrate the true spirit of THE MAX Challenge - You're fun, supportive, upbeat, and positive

**Additionally, you meet the following requirements:**

* AED/CPR certified

* Minimum 1 year of experience teaching fitness classes. Experience teaching virtual fitness classes A PLUS

* National accredited certification preferred, but not required
