Job description
We are looking for a mid level graphic designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of our customers. What is the role of a graphic designer? The graphic designer job description includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including illustrations, packaging, layouts, and photos. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we d like to meet you. Responsibilities
- Work with sales teams to recolor bestselling jewelry and hair accessories
- Develop kitsch holiday hair assortments for our biggest customer
- Develop novelty and regular carding and labels for our product based on the customers needs and requirements
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Skills
- Proven graphic designing experience (box design a plus)
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
- Digital Portfolio demonstrating digital illustrations and editing skills
- Familiarity with creating Repeating Patterns
- Familiarity with designing product Packaging
- Familiarity with creating CADs, technical product illustrations with annotations
Experience: 1-2 years as an In-house Graphic Designer preferred

Salary: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
