Your mandate will be to ensure the Keystone brand is reflected in all the work we do. This role involves close collaboration with both internal and external teams to execute on an identity system that is inherently flexible and extensible through AI. You will also be called on to deliver brand materials on a daily basis to senior members of the team working around the globe with Fortune 500 companies.Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Keystone AI marketing team and external partners to deliver our new brand identity across Keystone both digitally and physically with the potential for AI integration, ensuring it accurately reflects our values and vision.
- Design adaptable visual assets that communicate Keystone AI's role as a thought leader in the AI space, ensuring brand consistency across both digital and physical channels.
- Establish a comprehensive brand governance model that leverages technology to enable Keystone AI's employee base of non-designers to utilize, embody, and execute the brand effectively in their work.
- Develop a deliverable model to manage inbound requests and briefs.
- Demonstrate the power and importance of brand and design to the entire Keystone AI organization through compelling presentations, workshops, and collaborations with various teams, ensuring that the brand's design direction is understood, valued, and championed by all.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, with a strong interest or background in AI and technology.
- At least 3+ years of relevant design experience, preferably with expertise in creating AI-enhanced or tech-forward brand identities. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and openness to exploring and adopting AI-driven design tools.
- A portfolio that demonstrates a strategic approach to brand systems, especially in contexts that involve technology and business.
- Ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines and efficiently incorporate feedback from a broad range of stakeholders.
