From Cybersecurity, to Machine Learning, Blockchain, and Data Science - our technologists are passionate about solving challenges and making an impact for our customers and clients, our firm and society at large.As part of our social media team, you will help tell the collective story of the impact our technologists have, the innovation solutions they build, and showcase the culture, people, mission and values that unite the organization.Job SummarySitting on the Global Social Media team, this role has a specific emphasis on supporting our employee advocacy efforts, including providing internal education and guidance, holding training sessions, and building out a first-class LinkedIn Ambassador program, while adhering to the controls and guardrails we have in place to protect our employees and the firm.Job Responsibilities Establish a forward-facing social media calendar for Global Technology LinkedIn Ambassadors, including content creation and copywriting support Measure content performance of the Ambassador program and provide regular reporting on program impact, as well as competitive analysis of the Global Technology conversation across social media platforms Execute a strategic approach to the global technology LinkedIn employee advocacy program, including enhancing operating procedures that speak to participant selection, retention requirements, and risk and control requirements Partner with marketers, communicators, recruiters, and employees from across the firm to curate and create shareable social media content that align with key business needs and tell the firmwide global technology story Identify opportunities to showcase Technology content on the J.P. Morgan and JPMorgan Chase brand social media channels Own and maintain the technology social content library and editorial calendar Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and continuous education of 'what works' on LinkedIn, testing new alpha and beta technology when appropriate Measure ROI and effectiveness of employee LinkedIn support, including KPIs and regular reporting Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 5+ years of social media management experience Enthusiastic team player who is able to work closely with senior stakeholders across several departments including: technology, communications, marketing, legal, compliance, and risk Strong knowledge and passion for keeping up to speed on the social media landscape Experience managing social media editorial calendars Experience building out social media employee advocacy programs Sound judgment and excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Confidence to pitch fresh ideas, think creatively, and identify and solve problems Experience with social media monitoring and management tools for social listening, publishing, and reporting. (i.e. Sprinklr, Percolate, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.) Ability to cultivate relationships in the firm across divisions and lines of business Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously Effectively communicate on project timeline, status and results Bachelor's degree Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Adobe Creative Suite proficiency preferred
