**Job Description:**
The Global Markets (NFRR) team is responsible for the consistent application of interpretation, data sourcing, preparation, governance and oversight of Global Markets regulatory reports with the overall goal of centralizing and standardizing regulatory reporting across Global Market Operations.
We are therefore looking for a highly-talented individual to become Business Transformation Lead. The successful individual will:
Develop a comprehensive product strategyacross reporting platforms
Establish a robust prioritization model for report automation, product enhancement and data quality improvements
Implement effective routines to ensure business requirements are understood, tracked and documented, whilst holding key business and technology partners accountable
Roadmap against the strategy, improve accuracy and quality of our execution through designing effective testing and delivery plans
Through collaboration with key business and technology partners, responsibilities will include:
Envision and implement the teams goals, routines, processes, and performance measures
Build a team of product owners/managers/SMEs who are fully enabled and empowered to deliver on the full depth and breadth of the product management function
Establish a comprehensive, data-informed, and long-term strategy for enhancing reporting platforms and report automation in the portfolio with fully developed tools for maintaining or altering the strategy
Drive horizontal thinking in our product strategy, technology requirements and solutions. Drive execution improvements in the Agile space to ensure consistent product management practices are in place and adhered to including high quality deliverables and role clarity with partners
Collaborate with a variety of partners in multiple formats throughout the Agile process to deliver product change on time and on budget
Communicate with a broad audience of business and technology partners in a variety of formats and in a way that ensures all audience members understand and can adhere to the strategy
**Required Skills** :
Bachelors Degree with minimum 10+ years of Banking experience; Professional qualifications preferred
Global Markets Technology/Operations Project Management experience
Expert ability to provide clear oral and written communication to a variety of business and technical audiences.
Expert ability to improve the capabilities of product owners/managers individually and corporately through skill development, process enhancement and performance management
Expert ability to create a vision and roadmap for a product or program with horizontal and vertical impacts based on customer requirements, industry trends, regulations, and the strategic direction for the business or technology domain
Expert ability to communicate the business value, program vision and roadmap to stakeholders, Product Owners and others so they understand and adhere to the product strategy
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritization efforts
Be able to identify changes that have an impact across multiple process and stakeholders
Identify efficiency gains in regulatory reporting processing
Hands on approach and process excellence mind set
Ability to influence and drive progress across key business partners
Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing needs in a dynamic work environment
Self-starter, takes initiative
Driver of change
**Desired Skills** :
Experience with regulatory programs understanding requirements through to implementation
Audit/GIS experience
Knowledge of regulatory publishing tools like AXIOM, etc. is a plus
Experience with regulatory project delivery and interaction via exams, periodic routines etc.
