In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your knowledge and experience in primary/secondary education to guide and support individuals looking to enter the world of gig work. - Provide personalized one-on-one mentoring sessions to individuals interested in online tutoring gig work
- Guide and mentor individuals in understanding the gig economy landscape and finding the right opportunities
- Develop educational materials and resources related to online tutoring gig work
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the gig economy to provide accurate and relevant information
- Conduct assessments and provide feedback to individuals on their progress and areas for improvement
- Support individuals in setting realistic goals and developing action plans to achieve them
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment for individuals to build confidence and skills
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Proven experience in primary or secondary education, with a focus on individualized instruction
- Strong understanding of the gig economy and various gig work platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual's learning needs
- Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
