**General Manager, Privacy.com**

at Lithic Remote, New York City, San Francisco, Austin Our mission is to make payments safer and easier for everyone. We started with a consumer product ( ) that helps people spend more safely using virtual payment cards. Then we launched a simple, modern API to make our payment and card issuing infrastructure available to other startups, fintechs, and brands. Today, that infrastructure is known as Lithic, and it powers billions of dollars in payments for some of the most innovative companies in the world.

Lithic is a remote-first companyand has a distributed team with an office in New York. Weve raised $100M+ from top-tier investors including Index, Bessemer, Stripes, and Tusk Venture Partners, with a recent Series C that will help us scale.

The **GM of Privacy.com** will accelerate our consumer businesss go-to-market operation and growth while building a world-class organization capable of taking Privacy to the next level.

**Job responsibilities:**

- **Strategic vision and execution**: Define an innovative customer centric vision and lead the development of Privacy.com; oversee and execute on initiatives that contribute to Privacy.com's high growth goals including demand generation, customer acquisition and conversion, marketing operations, branding, and new market expansion

- **Customer analysis and segmentation:** Build a detailed fact base and understanding of Privacy's core customer(s) and value proposition; develop dashboards that track customer behavior (e.g., acquisition, conversion, average spend, purchase frequency, etc.) by customer segment

- **Product roadmap:** Working with product managers and engineers, determine the new features and updates that should be prioritized to improve the Privacy.com user experience and value proposition; form a multi-year vision for Privacy's product suite that encourages both greater adoption/usage and migration from free to premium accounts

- **Performance marketing:** Drive high-quality traffic from SEO, social media, events, newsletters, referrals and other channels; optimize our advertising channels to ensure highest ROI; manage an initial annual budget of $2-4M (which will grow with the business)

- **Partnerships:** Expand our distribution partnerships (e.g., password managers, security software, spend management/budgeting apps, etc.)

- **Business performance and management:** Lead and manage an initial team of 25-35 across marketing/customer acquisition, customer operations, customer service, product, and engineering; deliver sales growth while maintaining a ruthless focus on efficiency; ensure best-in-class NPS and customer experience; set and track annual and quarterly goals

**Qualifications:**

* Demonstrated B2C experience in fast-paced technology companies

* Demonstrated experience in a leadership role building, managing, and developing teams with a superior ability to recruit, retain, and motivate the existing team and future talent

* Prior experience executing a short and long-term go-to-market strategy at a high-growth company, ideally that has scaled to $100M in revenue and beyond

* Growth mindset with results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating)

* Fluency across digital/online advertising and SEO

* Superior communication skills - ability to prioritize and efficiently and transparently communicate marketing goals and results at a team, executive, and company level

* A demonstrated history of being a team player with a desire to jump in and be hands on as needed

* Experience partnering closely with marketing, product, and engineering leadership and an understanding of the connection between demand generation and revenue growth

* A strong understanding of the fintech landscape (or the ability to learn quickly)
