**Description**

**Summary:** Games Team Members interact with guests before, during, and after they participate in a game. This position is responsible for providing superior guest service while enforcing all park policies and procedures.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Operating a designated game while providing excellent salesmanship, spieling, and demonstration of the game

* Explaining the rules and objectives of the game to every guest before they play

* Making change and collecting money from the guests with an apron or register

* Providing prizes and awards prizes to winners

* Promoting all games to the guests and informing them about on-going specials

* Encouraging players while they are playing

* Ensuring visual displays are neat, clean, and full

* Keeping game areas clean and orderly

* Ensuring accountability for cash bank on a daily basis

* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

* Enforcing all Six Flags policies

* Assisting in other areas of the Games department as required.

**Skills and Qualifications:**

* At least 15 years old

* Cash handling departments may be required to take a math test

* High level of enthusiasm and involvement

* Ability to actively communicate with large groups of guests.

* Be available to work flexible hours at nights and on weekends.

* Must be able to speak on a microphone

* Must have the ability to read, speak, and comprehend the English language

**Other Functions:** All duties assigned necessary to support the park as a whole.
