Associate will be responsible to handle service requests on inbound calls and for walk in customers. Other responsibilities may include making 40 - 80 outbound calls per day. - Service existing accounts and ensure customers make buying decisions armed with the right amount of information
- Handle in person customer requests at the front desk of our office
- Complete vehicle photo inspections for customers
- Make 40-80 outbound calls per day
- Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews and update coverage
- Up to 75% of your day may be on the phone, a high-energy personality and a love of working with people is a must
- Strong computer skills to learn and work within multiple systems.
- Punctual
- Confident self - starter who works well independently
- Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication / interpersonal skills
