Our client in Bayshore, NY is looking for a Full-time Groundsman to work Wednesday - Sunday on their estate. Their current Groundsman who has been with them for many years is retiring. Job responsibilities:
- House management and maintenance (interior & exterior)
- Ensure facilities are clean: Perform deep cleaning: wash, dust, polish, vacuum, and sweep.
- Deep clean, pressure wash and maintain the exterior of the home.
- Perform routine landscaping on the grounds.
- Empty and clean trash cans
- Prepare home for overnight guests/parties/gatherings (including serving guests and clean up)
- Keep cleaning equipment in good working condition.
- Report any maintenance issues.
- Walk and feed all house pets as needed.
- Perform maintenance and light repairs.
- Handyman duties
- Supervise suppliers and maintenance services.
- Identify and report the need for major repairs.
- Additional errands as needed.
Compensation: $30 - $35/hour Health Benefits
