YOUR IMPACT
The Franchise Business Specialist, Americas is a key member of the AMERICAS regional team. The region has responsibility across 130+ restaurants and works closely with APAC and EMEA regions. A great Franchise Business Specialist, Americas is a collaborative and energetic relationship-builder with strong operational know how and ability to drive KPIS such as SSSG, Brand Audits and guest satisfaction scores. The Franchise Business Specialist, Americas will take ownership of the market entry training, launch and on going support of the Puerto Rico market.
