Franchise Business Consultant

Preferred Location: New Jersey, New York City area, or Philadelphia Area

MUST RESIDE IN ONE OF THESE AREAS

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough business analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth

Analyze financial data and performance metrics to assess business performance

Perform well-planned, purposeful, high-impact visits with franchisees

Collaborate with franchisees to understand their business goals and objectives

Cultivate a strong working relationship with franchisees

Support company initiatives, working diligently to encourage adoption

Share direct observations, coach for commitments, and provide follow-up support

Provide expert advice and guidance on business development strategies

Share trends with the field leadership team to inform cross-functional continuous

improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor degree

• MUST HAVE FIELD FRANCHISE SUPPORT EXPERIENCE

Must be willing to travel to visit franchise locations in a geographic area

Takes the initiative to deliver outstanding support, especially in challenging situations;

excellent solution skills

Proven experience in project management, business development, or business analysis

Deeply Collaborative, working closely with partners and collaborating with new ideas

Strategic and innovative thinking, finding new ways to support growth opportunities

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
