Job title: Finance Transformation Manager - Capital Markets
Duration: 8+ Months
Location: New York, NY Hybrid (3 days)
- Member of the Finance Transformation Office, will provide on-the-ground support to teams to help accelerate critical initiatives and manage one or more critical projects within the Finance Initiatives, ensuring that best practices and standards are utilized to ensure successful delivery in a complex, global environment.
Required Skills & Experience
- 14 to 18+ years of experience in program management in Financial Services.
- Must have Program management experience in Capital Markets or Investment Banking.
- Experience in large scale Transformation Strategy and process improvement remediation.
- Experience working closely with stakeholders to identify regulatory risk and controls and execute transformation strategies.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and ability to execute on delivery, with a proven track record.
- Ability to lead planning, directing and coordination of daily activities to deliver key project(s), with a ruthless management of critical path.
- Excellent interpersonal relationships with ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders up to Senior Management.
