We are seeking a aspirational leader to fill the role of Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis with an established renewable IPP. As the Manager of FP&A, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial trajectory of our organization, driving strategic initiatives, and maximizing returns while championing sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic financial plans and initiatives to support our renewable energy projects.
- Develop innovative financial models to optimize investment opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive financial performance.
- Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to senior leadership, guiding decision-making processes and driving business growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization to align financial objectives with environmental sustainability goals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (6+) in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the renewable energy industry.
