Responsibilities Include:
- Ensure accurate preparation and reconciliation of job cost data in order to create weekly cost reports for projects.
- Compose, review, and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.
- Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash management functions.
- Perform cost and ratio analysis to improve profitability.
Qualifications :
Bachelor s Degree in Accounting is required.
- 4+ years of construction accounting experience.
- Construction software and job costing experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
