LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Business/Financial Analyst in Bergen County, NJ. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Business/Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our strategic decision-making processes and driving operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support key business initiatives, including but not limited to financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth and profitability.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing findings and proposing actionable strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential risks and opportunities for the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work output.
Compensation:
$75,000-$105,000 (depending on experience)
