Our client, a large healthcare services corporation, is hiring for a Financial Analyst position in Suffolk County, NY. Qualified candidates will have completed their Bachelor s in Accounting or Finance and have five or more years of financial analysis experience within a healthcare environment. You will work closely with the company CFO in the preparation of financial reports and analysis for the company. This is a great opportunity to join a growing corporation and gain valuable experience in finance with a direct line to the CFO. They offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes; health insurance, generous paid time off, 401k. This role will be fully onsite for the first few months, then go to a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office. You will be required to work out of the healthcare facilities in Queens at times, so you must be open to both locations. Salary ranges from $100,000 to $150,000 depending on prior experience.

Responsibilities for the Financial Analyst job include:

• Create and update financial reports focused on revenue and general operational metrics
• Assist in the standardization of finance processes and procedures
• Tracking key performance indicators internally and against competitors
• Ad hoc reporting and project work to improve systems and processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
• Five or more years of financial analysis experience in the healthcare field
• Strong technical skills in Excel (Pivots, Lookups) and a major ERP system (Oracle, SAP, JDE)
• Self-motivated, driven personality
