Financial Analyst
Location: NYC, 110 E 59th candidate needs to be able to come into the office at least 1x per week Tues-Thur, preference for 2-3 days
Hours: 40 hrs per week, typical working
Pay Rate Range: $45-58/hr based on experience
Need: ASAP, end of May start date
Duration: 6 months to cover parental leave
What does the team do?:
- Develop and enhance Strategic Pricing capabilities at The Estee Lauder Companies through collaboration with Marketing, Finance, Strategy, and corporate functions, across Brands and Regions
- Assist in the management and development of advanced pricing analytics and tools
1. Tableau-based pricing analytics platform, including the development of its
capabilities in pricing-related insights and best practices.
2. Cloud-based pricing platform, to facilitate process workflow, decisions, and
reporting.
- Support strategic projects that further ELC pricing expertise and capabilities. May include: corridor analysis, competitive intelligence, SKU valorization, price elasticity, market specific deep dives, sales discounts / promotions, SKU productivity
- Support all data activities: data integrity, data transformation, data analysis and data presentation
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in financial institution or CPG related industry
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite of reporting tools
- Strong communication skills with ability to challenge the status quo
- Ability to multi-task, handle ambiguous tasks independently, self starter, etc
