In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting various financial planning, analysis, and reporting endeavors. Teaming up with senior finance professionals, you'll have the chance to garner invaluable experience in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and decision support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Modeling: Create and maintain financial models to bolster budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
  • Data Analysis: Delve into financial data, trends, and performance metrics to deliver insights and recommendations to management.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Aid in crafting annual budgets and periodic forecasts, complete with variance analysis and explanations.
  • Financial Reporting: Generate and distribute precise and timely financial reports, including monthly management reports, variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Execute ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed, furnishing actionable insights to bolster strategic initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments such as operations, sales, and marketing to grasp business drivers and ensure alignment of financial objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify avenues to streamline financial processes, boost efficiency, and enhance financial reporting capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within corporate finance or FP&A.
  • Strong analytical prowess, capable of deciphering complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and adeptness in financial modeling techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with an emphasis on accuracy and quality of work.
