Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Construction Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction management, with specific expertise in the installation of commercial facades, canopies, sunshades, and high-end residential awnings. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred to facilitate effective communication with our diverse team and clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

Collaborate in the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects for commercial canopies, sunshades, and high-end residential awnings.

Participate in preliminary site visits and field dimensions.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in adherence to quality standards.

2. Team Leadership:

Lead and manage on-site construction teams, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work culture.

3. Client Interaction:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the construction process.

Communicate project updates, address client concerns, and ensure overall client satisfaction.

4. Quality Control:

Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee the highest standards of construction for canopies, sunshades, and awnings.

5. Resource Management:

Monitor resource allocation to optimize efficiency and profitability.

6. Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all relevant construction codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree in Construction Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven experience in field construction management, specifically in commercial facades, canopies, sunshades, and high-end residential awnings.

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Familiarity with construction codes, regulations, and safety standards.
