When required to operate motor vehicles, incumbents must possess a valid New York State driver's license appropriate for the type of vehicle being operated.Duties Description The Facilities department at the University at Buffalo invites applications for our Facility Operations Assistant 1 (Utilities) position. Your responsibilities will include:1. This position will assist in the following tasks supporting the chillers, boilers, cooling towers, ancillary utility equipment and mechanical spaces associated with the Chilled water, Hot Water and Steam systems:o Inspectiono Preventative maintenanceo Start-upo Operationo Diagnosticso Repairo Maintenanceo Chemical treatmento Cleaning2.
