Job Description

The Service Attendant will be responsible for providing guest services and maintaining all aspects of workplace through a hospitality lens; offering continuous white glove service and creating an exceptional guest experience within a global, industry-leading corporation.

Key Responsibilities:

* A true face of the firm, creating an unparalleled experience for every guest that walks through the door

* Work in a group to achieve the appropriate level of external, and internal customer satisfaction

* Execute meeting room setup, including A/V, seating, etc.

* Stock and maintain appearance and cleanliness of general use areas (e.g., copy room, coffee spot)

* Maintain the cleanliness of all areas of the workplace including but not limited to, open workspaces, enclosed offices and meeting spaces, pantries, restrooms, reception areas, and receiving areas, especially for assigned floors.

* Assist with employee services and requests and direct them to the appropriate resource.

* Perform daily walkthroughs throughout office space to ensure Accenture standards are met.

* Assist with executing and overseeing the regular scheduled maintenance and unscheduled repairs of infrastructure and equipment

* Assist with executing and overseeing the activities required to ensure interiors are of a sufficient standard as defined by Accenture policies and standards

* Provide back up support for Facilities/Service Lead and Solutions Bar

* Consistently orders and maintains inventory of all necessary cleaning and maintenance products

* Strong focus on hospitality and customer service

* Comfortable assisting with any workplace position and showcasing a willingness to help wherever needed

* Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure service standards are being met

* Receiving and prioritizing workorders while ensuring quality control

Role Requirement

* Full availability to work 8 hours, Monday-Friday, and occasionally outside of these hours

**Qualifications**

Basic Qualifications:

* Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or facility setting

* HS Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

* Knowledge of building mechanical systems such as, but not limited to, painting, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, fire detection

* Comfortable with technology and Audio-Visual set ups (advanced skills a plus)

* Ability of to use computers, Microsoft Office, and other software systems
