Our client, an investment management firm, is seeking a Facilities Associate to join their NYC office. The hours are 9am-6pm and this role is in the office on a hybrid schedule, three days in office with two days work from home.Responsibilities:Assist with event planning: perform research, call vendors, and coordinate logisticsBuild and maintain positive relationships with partners and vendorsProvide coverage to the Reception and Mail Room teamsProvide general administrative assistanceFacilitate catering setups and breakdowns for meetingsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree required2-4+ years of event planning and administration experienceDetail-oriented and creative professionalCompensation/Benefits:Up to $85K base depending on experience + OT + bonusOnly $1 per cycle for healthcareFree lunchGym onsite, free workout classes, and corporate discounts to external gymsBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
