Job Description:
Opens works orders for building repairs, maintenance both recurring services and one off for site maintenance.
Obtains quotes for services.
Sets up and maintains site information, contacts, address, type of lease and sq ft and seating charts.
Develops relationships with BU occupants, building management and vendors.
Coordinates maintenance schedules in the office with vendor and site contact.
Communicates all office and building updates to employees.
Responds to inquires and concerns.
Ensures all office requests are processed in a timely manner.
