WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Train with highly skilled leaders in all areas of swimming pool production
- Ensure a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks
- Work on a team of dedicated associates manufacturing swimming pools and pool components
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Ability to work on a team, work independently, and work with your hands
- Ability to learn to operate machines and use hand tools, cutting tools, drills, typically associated with carpentry as necessary
- Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand for 8-12-hour shifts
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to handle multiple assembly and related tasks with little or no supervision
- Ability to read a tape measure and prints/shop drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines as assigned
- Outstanding safety record
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed
- Construct framework for custom pool stair forms.
- Measure, cut, or shape material for custom pool forms
- One to three years of experience in a manufacturing or similar environment desired
- Welding experience is a plus or ability to learn basic welding
