The External Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for directing and managing of production operations at external manufacturing sites. The EMM will collaborate closely with internal partners and third party sites to ensure that new products, tech transfers and ongoing production is produced on time and compliant.*Client Details*Client is a revolutionary/innovative skincare company that has been around for over 60 years. The are known for their collaboartions with dermatologists to create hypoallergenic skincare formulations.*Description** Lead commercialization activities at external manufacturing sites to ensure new products, tech transfers, reformulations and packaging changes are completed on time, on cost and compliant with quality standards.* Negotiate supplier pricing and manage draft and final cost sheets for turnkey products.* Manage bill of material changes with manufacturing sites to execute as quickly as possible while minimizing obsolete inventory.* Monitor and manage site capacity and capabilities* Facilitate weekly open order reviews between Planning team and manufacturing sites to optimize fill rates.* Identify and resolve supply issues and constraints leveraging internal and external resources.* Establish KPIs to track manufacturing site performance.* Manage site relationships to ensure R&D and Quality requests are met.* Lead monthly top to top site reviews.* All other duties as assigned.*Profile** Bachelors Degree Required* 5 Years working in personal care environment* Bilingual in French is a plus* Candidate should be willing and excited to roll up their sleeves to create an impact on company's overall bottom line*Job Offer*Competitive Compensation + BenefitsFlexible Working Environment - Hybrid 3x a weekHigh Level Exposure to Senior ExecutivesAbility to join an innovative team and deliver value added activitiesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
