DETAILS Job Overview Position Summary Expediters provide a critical support system for the restaurant, ensuring quality control and proper presentation of food in a timely manner . Expediters act as a liaison between the Front of House, the Back of House, and Oyster Shuckers to provide guests with efficient and thoughtfully timed service. Expediters must have a critical eye for detail and a strong sense of pride in their work; the guest experience is directly related to the ability of the Expediter to communicate and perform assigned duties.
