Role Description
EJ'S Luncheonette is seeking to hire a full-time Executive Sous Chef at our location in New York City, NY. The Executive Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the head chef with menu development, food purchasing, staff management, and kitchen operations. In addition, the Executive Sous Chef will work closely with the culinary team to help maintain a high level of food quality, as well as to design and implement new dishes that meet our customers' ever-changing needs. The Sous Chef must be enthusiastic about creating food that guests will remember and rave about.
