A day in the life may include:
- Recruit and cold call for executive level positions within the Financial Services industry.
- Work with a sense of urgency to evaluate applicants and source candidates in order to set up phone screens to assess skills for client roles.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing information about the company and position you're selling.
- Pre-screen and present detailed profile summaries of candidates for appropriateness of skills, strengths, experience, knowledge and compensation.
- Use multiple search engines to find qualified candidates.
- Manage an ongoing pipeline of candidates.
- Engage candidates primarily through phone outreach to establish relationships and build your network.
What you'll need:
- Have 2+ years of sales, recruiting, or client service experience preferably in the Financial Services industry
- Bachelors Degree a must
- Eager to build a career in financial services
- Sense of urgency, self motivation, eagerness to learn
