About the role
We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our R&D Team in our newly acquired Culinary Engineering facility located in Morris County, NJ. You will oversee a Team of Research & Development Chefs and work with our acclaimed Chef Partners in development of recipes and continuous improvement of launched menu items.
The experience you have
* Previous 10 years + of Executive Chef experience within fine dining.
* Experience in recipe development and recipe improvement
* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
* Leadership experience

* Using innovation during the R&D process to meet the company's goals.
* Work closely with Food Scientists and Nutritionists
